You have the full right to leave or not use this website if you do not agree to any terms or conditions.

On the day you make a reservation, make it clear that you are aware of and agree to all of our policies for payment, reservation changes, refunds and reservation cancellations which are guaranteed on the main page, but we will describe each one on this page. Likewise, all reservations are subject to availability and existing price at the time and day of your request, that is, they can change without prior notice.

  • Photos displayed on this website are for illustrative purposes only. Unit model and colour may differ from image. The category of the vehicle will not change, if the category of the vehicle is changed, it will be upgraded to a vehicle with higher characteristics.
  • It is important that to take the service you must present the ID (Identification Number), copy or photo, of the person who made the reservation. (To verify the owner of the reservation and provide the service).
  • We are not responsible, if the exact information is not provided in your reservation, that is why we recommend:
  • Read schedules, hotel names, flight numbers carefully to avoid delays or loss of service.
  • Bring a printed copy of the reservation to verify it.
  • All reservations can be confirmed instantly, only be modified, suspended or cancelled in case of force majeure, which we will inform you in advance, and we are not responsible for monetary or any other losses incurred.
  • In order to provide any requested service, it must be paid before use.
  • All services are private without stops (door to door). in case you want to make a stop, notify in “SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS”, and this will have an additional cost of $25 valid for 1/2 hour or stop.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • To cancel any reservation, you must contact us directly through the different channels we offer, such as: email – WhatsApp – telephone – webchat.
  • THE TIME ALLOWED TO CANCEL A RESERVATION is a maximum of 12 hours before your service. If you exceed the maximum time (within 12 hours), we will not refund your money.
  • Reservations that have been paid through PayPal, the PAYPAL commissions will be deducted from the client.
  • If you were unable to cancel your reservation on time, you can put your “reservation on hold for one (1) year” from the day of service. Only if you notify us within the next 24 hours.

MODIFICATION POLICY

To make a change to any transfer, you must contact our company within 3 hours of the booking time, otherwise we will not be able to assist in any case and will not refund.

  • IN THE DEPARTURE SERVICES (Hotel to Airport), we are not responsible for monitoring the departure flights, we will be attentive only at the pick-up time, if your flight is advanced, delayed or suspended, you must notify us in advance at least. of 3 hours. otherwise, we are not responsible for missed flights and will not issue refunds.
  • DO NOT use third parties to make changes to your reservation

“NO SHOW” POLICY

“NO SHOW” means that you did not show up at the agreed time of the reservation. Without enjoying refund.IN THE ARRIVAL SERVICES (Airport to Hotel) our Operation Team will always be tracking your flight in case there is a delay or advance, so don’t worry, we will be attentive if any mishap of this type occurs.FROM THE TIME OF ARRIVAL (flights) our driver will be waiting for you a maximum of 1 HOUR later. if we have no contact with you, we will take it as “NO SHOW”, and we will not make refunds.IN DEPARTURE SERVICES (Hotel to Airport / Hotel to Hotel) Our drivers will arrive at the meeting place (hotel) within 15 minutes before the reservation time; You will have 20 minutes from the time of booking to show up at the venue, otherwise our driver will be asked to leave the hotel and you will not be able to request a “NO SHOW” refund

NO RESPONSIBILITIES

GLOBALDT DOMINICAN TRANSFERS SRL and its suppliers are not responsible in the event of a mechanical breakdown during a transfer and will only be responsible for making up for lost time on a certain agreed date.We reserve the right to provide transportation services or terminate a service if we deem it convenient, either due to a state of high drunkenness of the client or any other state which represents a risk to the driver, passengers, and the vehicle, in effect, you won’t receive refund.We reserve the right not to provide any services to certain customers.GLOBALDT DOMINICAN TRANSFERS SRL and its suppliers will not be responsible for any claim or expense resulting from injury or death during the use of our transportation services. The company will not assume responsibility in case of accidents, damage to the passenger’s property, and the lack of enjoyment, physical, mental or emotional consequences of the situations described above.GLOBALDT DOMINICAN TRASFERS SRL and its suppliers are not responsible for travel interruptions resulting from ‘force majeure’ events such as weather, natural disasters, earthquakes, storms, tornadoes, hurricanes, acts of war, terrorism and other circumstances that cannot be controlled by the company.

WARNINGS

For your safety, our drivers are strictly prohibited from exceeding 110 kms / 75 miles per hour under any circumstances.All passengers must comply with the laws of the DOMINICAN REPUBLIC. in any case we are not responsible for the loss of service.The use and transportation of drugs inside vehicles is strictly prohibited.Smoking is prohibited inside the vehicles.
